Fort Myer Fitness Center offers a modern,
fully-equipped, and professionally staffed fitness facility
for the use of the military community. We offer numerous classes
and a Civilian Wellness Program.

Staff

The
Fort Myer Fitness Center staff is a professionally
trained staff that includes, but is not limited to: personal
fitness trainers, senior fitness trainers, wellness coordinators,
pre- & post-natal fitness consultants, water safety and
other aquatics related program initiatives, spin bike and
aerobic instructors, sports specialists, and other program
coordinators.

 Racquetball
Five Racquetball courts are available. Call
(703) 696-7868 for reservations. Challenge matches in courts
1, 2 and 3 between 1100-1300 and 1700-1900. Eye protection
(required), racquets, and balls are available from the customer service counter.

Gym

The
gymnasium is large enough for two basketball or volleyball
games to be played simultaneously. The gym is open for "pick-up"
games of basketball during normal operating hours unless
reserved for special activities. Reservations to use the
gym are required 72 hours in advance. Call the Fitness Center
at (703) 696-7868 for more information.
