Overview

Lodging at Fort Myer and Fort McNair is conveniently located within a few minutes of the heart of Washington, D.C. and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Lodging facilities primarily serve personnel on PCS or TDY orders. We are also pleased to serve other authorized patrons who are in an unofficial travel status on a space available basis. Fort Myer offers eighteen distinguished visitors’ quarters and thirteen one bedroom apartments. Fort McNair has twenty-five guest rooms and two family suites. All guest rooms are comfortably appointed and some have kitchen facilities. Within walking distance of each lodging facility you can enjoy many on-post services such as fine and casual dining, catering, tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness centers, and many other MWR activities.

Guests with confirmed reservations at Fort McNair should proceed to Wainwright Hall on Fort Myer to register prior to going to Fort McNair.

Pets are only accepted at Fort McNair, for a fee of $100.00 and $5.00 per day. For information on area kennels, please contact the Fort Myer Veterinary Clinic at (703) 696-3604.

These major roadways can reach Fort Myer:
I-95/395, I-295, I-66, Routes 27, 50, or 110.

Whichever route you choose, it is best to enter the Post through the Hatfield Gate off Route 27 (Washington Blvd.) as it has 24-hour access.

Fort McNair Main gate is at 4th and P Street S.W., Washington, D.C. with 24-hour access.

Standard Rooms with Private Bathrooms: Single rooms with one full or queen size bed, private bath - $72/night and$3 for each additional guest.

Standard Rooms with Shared Bathrooms: Single rooms with one full, queen or king or two twin size beds, shared bathroom (with one adjacent guest room) - $66/night and $3 for each additional guest.
